Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
i also have a problem with my x husbands employer not sending childsupport payments that are already deducted from his paycheck, we believe they are paying the dealerships bills before sending the childsupport. can i file a lawsuite against the company, this has been happening for 4 months now, its dec my kids depend on this money, my x husband is scared of being fired if he causes trouble,,, can do it we have the proof the payments are being deducted,

Yes. This is fraud against the state to not pay out the wage garnishment ordered by a court of law. The company is committing fraud.
