work place test

I have been working for a company for almost 3 years, they recently came out with test you have to take and if you do not Finnish them on time they will not allow me to work anymore, can they do this?

Typically an employer in an at will state can use tests to set a minimum standard for competency at the work place so long as they do not discriminate on the basis of age, sex or race.
