Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

I am being sued by midland financial for unpaid credit card debt. I have no knowledge of midland financial and there is no indication in the complaint of where the debt originated from. How do I respond, what legal reference should I use?

Midland financial is a bad debt buyer, who has probably bought your credit card debt from the bank who issued it for pennies on the dollar, and now is suing you for the full amount due, including late charges, interest, and attorney fees.

Responding to a lawsuit by a bad debt buyer is complicated, because often times your own responses/pleadings can be used against you for a Motion for Summary Judgment that will result in a judgment being issued against you without you ever having the chance to see the Judge and plead your case.

I STRONGLY recommend that you contact an attorney who regularly defends consumers against this type of lawsuit to advise you.
