Re: Burglary second degree

A class three felony carries up to 8.75 years in prison. Because of factors such as the drugs, the license plate, and the presence of an accomplice, the judge may not be be so receptive to the fact that this is his first offense. Having both prosecuted and defended them, residential burglaries are taken quite seriously. If you are looking to retain private counsel, please contact me at 602 222 9237.

Re: Burglary second degree

If prior convictions probably prison - if no prior convictions or problems with the case perhaps jail and probation.
