defendant will plead guilty to an information charging defendant with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute. having this charge can u be deportied

It sounds as though the defendant is pleading guilty in federal court. Generally, conspiracy to distribute is an aggravated felony (for immigration purposes) which will get the defendant deported once any prison sentence is served.
