I have recieved a phone call from the police in Superior, that a previous employer has initiated an investigation, regarding the allegation that I was involved with embeselling cash from the business I recently terminated my employment with over there inappropriate use of finances and illegal accounting practices.

You absolutely need to have counsel NOW. I have handled many similar cases with good results and outcomes. You should not be speaking to the police (or further) without counsel retained.
