Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

judgements for minor under the influence of Alcohol

My son was with a few of his friends when they decided to use a fake i.d. and purchase a 12 pack of beer. They drank a little less than a total of 3 beers amongst 4 boys. While others were cited for fake id's and possesion of alcohol, my son was cited for violation of under 21 with alcohol in body. Breathalizer of .04. Should we present each case seperately or together? My son has the lesser of all the other boys charges. Should we retain a lawyer, and what are the possible judgements? We are from out of state and were attending college orientation.

You should consult with counsel who is licensed to practice in Arizona. There may be many issues of which you are not aware that might affect your son's case.
