Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

DUI, already had trial

Already been tried, did my 10 days and currently in hospital. I am trying to stay with the conditions of unsupervised probation. Its difficult from a bed. I dont want any warrants for me. I am wanting to go home and handle everything from home where my wife and kids are. Things would be better from there, I would feel safe and secure. Can you please help? I only have a part time job here. Employment here is hard.

We do not provide free or reduced rate legal services. We don't cut the quality of our services and we do not cut our fees.

If your jail time is completed, and you are on unsupervised probation, the main condition of your probation is that you remain a law-abidding citizen. If your hospitalization is delaying your completing your Substance and Alcohol Counseling, just go see the Judge when you get out. Show him proof that you were hospitalized and I'm sure he will give you additional time to complete all of the terms of your sentence.

Good luck,

Ed Loss
