Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

Under-age DUI & without a license, and i didn't get a ticket?

I was recently pulled over for drunk driving in Oahu, Hawaii. The cop had me do a sobriety test where I did all the requirements, but he failed me. I took the breathalizer test and blew a .084 and at the station I had a .074 at the station. I do not have a license keep in mind. I tell them I have a license and they believed me. They took me to the station where I waited for my dad to come pick me up. During that time i filled out 2 pages, both were stating the Hawaii law and I had to initial that I agree. I did not receive a ticket, I did not receive a court date in the mail, I DID receive a paper that allowed me to get a temporary license(I do not have a license). I told them I had a license in Arizona(hometown) and that I didn't have it on me. I want to know if I am able to renew my permit in Arizona and take my license test without penalty . Will it show up on my record if I take it?

You're asking lawyers, who are officers of the court, for advice on whether, and how, you can get away with making false statements to the police and courts.

If discovered in withholding or misrepresenting information on license applications, you will face serious consequences. What you don't understand is that your Hawaii DUI arrest record will be posted to the national criminal database system, and will then show up on your home state records check. You normally will get a court appearance notice in the mail from Hawaii, if you gave them correct information, if not, then an arrest warrant would be issued. Such notices just take time for the system to process it.
