can I get costudy of my daugther from my ex's mother?(i am not sure if or how she got costudy)

The parents have primary rights of custody and all other parental rights. It is possible a child could be placed with extended family for various reasons. However, you would need to find out why the child is living with the mother's mother. You may have to file a petition for custody to find out whether the grandma has legitimate custodianship/guardianship.
