Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have recently gotten divorced, In the Court ordered papers, mu ex was ordered to me money,, He has told me he will not pay, what do I do to make sure he pays me for all the bills he was ordered to pay. Which are all in my name and they are coming after me for the money even though the judge ordered him to pay them,. he makes two times the amount of money then i do. . What are the steps I can take to get this money garnished from his wages in the amount of 4000.00. I know it is not alot,,but it is too me.

You can go back to court and ask that a judge enforce the order if your ex is not following through on the order. You also can ask the court for an order of wage assignment/garnishment so that it will have to come out of his paychecks if there is no other way to make him pay it. Best of luck to you!
