You likely need to provide an Order to Appear and perhaps that is what is missing. It would be easy to find out but some times you need a lawyer to make it happen. Feel free to call me at 480-284-5252 and we can inquire.

Wow. That does not seem correct. You may need to file a "Request for Ruling", emphasizing the problem. Sometimes we have approached the Presiding Judge when we cannot get another office to issue rulings.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options in finalizing your matter.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
