Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I filed for divorce on October 2nd and recently looked online to see if there is a court date yet. Instead I find a Early Resolution Management Conference Scheduled. I did my research and found that's usually if there is a spouse that is contesting something in the divorce and my wife and I mutually agree on everything. So, I looked over the paperwork and found one discrepency regarding a vehicle and that was my error. I don't want to wait 2 months for this ERC. Since we both mutually agree can I fix things and just get that court date? Please help

If you and your wife agree on all issues related to the divorce, you can complete and submit a Consent Decree (signed by both parties), and the court can sign the decree to make the divorce final (and cancel the ERC). If you are not able to submit the Consent Decree before the ERC, you and yoru wife can attend the conference and the Case Manager can prepare a Decree and have it signed by the judge while you are there (so the divorce will be final that day). The form for a Consent Decree is available at the self-service center on the court's website: www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov. You may also want to consult with an attorney who can assist you in completing a Consent Decree.
