Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Property Settlement violation

My name is--name removed--. I was divorced in 2003 (Maricopa County) from Gregory F. Fontaine. There was a property settlement filed with the court that stated if the marital residence sold within 5 years I was to receive half the profit. I learned that my ex-husband sold the property in June 2005 and I was never notified or given the money. He apparently sold the home without a realator and kept all the money. He used the name Greg Fontain instead of his true name of Fontaine. He has been a thief and con artist who has used many names and different social security numbers to commit fraud. What rights do I have to get my money?? Can I get a lawyer to handle it on a contingency?? The amount is about $60,000 of which I am entitled to half.
