Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i am recently separated and my wife has threatened me she is going to get an emergency child support order.we are still married can she do this in arizona?

There is no such thing as "emergency" child support. BUT, when she files appropriate papers, the Court can and likely will backdate child support to the date of separation. KEEP GOOD TRACK of whatever support is provided.
