my ex remarried in dec 09 his wife bought their house in 11/09 (arizona) is this consider community property also he behind on child support can a lein be put on the home?

IF he still has an owensrhip interest in the house, than any child support judgment can be recorded as a judgment lien against his interest. If he transferred ALL of his interest to her, then perhaps not.

BUT, you have a better method of enforcement available to you, since he can be incarcerated for non-payment.
