Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Can I sue my ex (myself)

My ex husband has not paid court orderd mtg payments (resulting in foreclosure) on a jointly shared home. That home was lost. We have a second jointly owned home on the market for sale. Can I personnally prepare the docs myself and represent myself and get a judgement and file a lien on to obtain his half of the proceeds (when that home sells) to justify lost funds due to his irresponsibility?

You can always represent yourself in family court. You should file a motion to enforce the decree (you can find forms on www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov) You should set forth what the terms of the decree were that he violated and ask the court to award you court costs (the filing fees) and the money you believe you are owed.
