Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

i was dating a employee of mine and the big boss heard about it and had me in his office and said if he has this issue come to his office again he would let me go because it was against company policy.

She has now broke up with me and guess what ,she is dating the big boss,

what can i do.

Just be thankful she moved on and hope she doesn't say anything negative about you to him. Then try to get a new job ASAP and file a complaint with the state labor department. First though doublecheck what the policy is about nepotism or dating; then you'll know if he had a valid threat or not and whether he himself can be fired or not.
