What is the time limit on sueing a doctor?

A family doctor was cleaning my ear out and destroyed my hearing. Is there a time limit on sueing him?

Yes there is a time limit. Most malpractice cases must be filed in two years. Sometimes, it can relate to the time you first found out about the malpractice. Call for more info...
