OTH discharge
my husband was discharge from the marine corps under OTH for drug use. On his dd 214 it says misconduct can he ever reenlist

He likely has an RE Code 4. So the likely answer is that he won't be allowed to re-enlist.
There have been some situations where waivers have been granted, but few and far between.
Very difficult.

You should speak to a recruiter. Your husband can contact me if he needs help with trying to get back in the military or if he needs help trying to upgrade his discharge.
