Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

I was hurt in an accident but wasn't the driver

I was in the backseat of a car that was rearended and now I cant go back to school for the rest of the year, I'm going to the doctor 3x a week, and my college plans may have been screwed up (military college), and I can't go back to work until I'm cleared. I have no idea what my rights are. Any advice?

Speak with us immediately in a no obligation free consultation before you make any mistakes. You need representation. I have nearly 30 years experience in accident cases, and have no junior attorneys on staff.

You are entitled to damages for pain and suffering, medical bills, disability, interference with lifestyle and personal and family activities, income loss, etc.

Do not speak with insurance adjusters before speaking with an attorney. Also, we can often find insurance coverage where non-lawyers would not know to look.

Call 480.835.1500 or speak to someone else. Do not delay. Evidence may need to be gathered. Have an experienced attorney speak on your behalf and you will not have to deal with insurance adjusters who want to take advantage of you.
