What should I do about my lawyer's parralegal not requesting my hosiptal files when she was suppose to?She waited almost four weeks before requesting my files.

Ask the attorney or get the files yourself and save the cost. You can gather the files and save time and money. Do NOT be in a hurry to settle the case. Econmy is bad and Insurance companies smell the blood of easy settlements.
