Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

reguarding question of workman's comp lien dated 07/18/2008

Thank you so much for your speedy reply. I spoke with uninsured motorists carrier this morning. Now their telling me this NOT a lien but an offset for workman's comp. Still to receive only lost wages,and pain and suffering. Balance of policy limit to offset workman's comp medical costs. Is an offset allowed in Arizona? Seems like I need an Attorney!
