Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Wife's Broken Tooth

Recently my wife and I got take out from

Subway restaurant for dinner. She

ordered a chicken breast sandwich with

extra black olives. While she was eating

her sandwich, she bit down into what

appeared to be a broken fragment of a

olive pit. The fragment cracked her back

tooth in half causing pain and discomfort.

Now she has problems eating on the side

of her mouth with the broken tooth.

Neither one of us has dental coverage,

and we are concerned with the cost of

repairing her broken tooth. Does the

restaurant hold any responsibility in

covering the dental bill?
