Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Car Dealership holding trade in vehicle

I went to purchase an auto signed the sales agreement, provided them with a copy of the title on my trade in to the dealership they had me sign a Limited Power of Attorney. I am wanting to cancel the transaction they will not return my auto claiming it is there vehicle because I signed the Power of Attorney. Should I prepare a revocation of the Power of Attorney get it notarized and request my vehicle is that the legal process? Needing to address this immediately.

Thank You,

Re: Car Dealership holding trade in vehicle

This is not a Real Estate question, and should be re-submitted under the proper category. Your question has nothing to do with land.

You state that you want to cancel the transaction. You state no reason why you think you are entitled to do that. Is it buyer's remorse? Did you finance the transaction, and were you given some right to cancel in your paperwork?

Re-submit your question under Consumer Law.

Best regards and good luck.
