Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Our divorce is not final yet but I let him have the house and now I found out that he is going to abandon the house and move without making the payments. We don't have it in writing yet but since I am still responsible for the mortgage can I take possesion if he abandons the house?

You can if your name is on the deed. Having your name on the loan doesn't mean anything with regards to possession of the property.
