Renting a bedroom in my home

I am on Social Security Disability. I am facing losing my home and wondered if it would be worth it to rent out a bedroom in my two bedroom home for extra money. What do I have to do to legally be able to rent out a room in my house?

You have to find someone to rent the room and you should have a rental agreement, in writing, which sets forth the terms and conditions of your deal.

Go to any Justice Court and get a copy of the Landlord Tenant Act.
