Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Arizona

what are my rights

i have been accused of sexual harrasment at my place of employment. the accuser(which the company will not reveal) never came up to me and told me that they were uncomfortable with my actions, never went to managment either but went to corporiate office instead. so i had no idea that this was even a problem until they just terminated me. first question by law do they have to reveal who my accuser is? and do i have a case for improper procedure on the accuser part and on the companys part? just a side note this place that i work if you are not getting sexually harassed by someone at least 10 times a day than there is something wrong. please help
