Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Basic Will

We have a will form. It states that I direct the disposition of my remains. Are they talking ''remains'' as in the body or my possesions?

Re: Basic Will

The form is referring to the disposition of your body, funeral arrangements and burial. Your personal property is your possessions and real property refers to any real estate interests that you may own.

I suggest that you get legal counsel as it is not practical to fill out a form when you are not familiar and have no expertise in the subject matter.
