If a person marries their first cousin in a state where it is legal can they live in states where it is illegal for cousin marriges?

Under the Privileges and Immunity Clause of the Constitution, (See Article IV) their marriage must be validated by the new state. The real question is how does that affect the DOMA laws among the several states where a homosexual couple is married in one state and them moves to another where it is prohibited? What's more, what if they are homosexual first cousins?
