Does our UK wills cover inheritance of property in Arizona

My wife and I live in the England , but also own a condo in Phoenix AZ, which we visit for 2-3 months a year.

Does our UK wills cover inheritance of the condo in Phoenix or do we need to have wills in the USA as well?

I am not certain, but I believe that the AZ court would honor your UK Will, and find, if the UK Will was properly made and executed, that the condo would be distributed according to UK law.
