Will & Trust

Is a Will & Trust that was made in Michigan good in Arizona? Also if one is deceased is the survivors Will & Trust still good? She has her own Will & Trust. He was named in her will and trust but also named were her sisters as back up.

AS t the first question, wills and trusts validly executed in one state are valid in another.

I do not know who "He" is in your question. The deceased spouse?
