Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

wills

My grandmother's husband died 10 years ago. His will was probated. 35 acres was sold in 2006. The money was just released by the courts to the representative of the will, who is the deceased's daughter. She now wont give my Grandmother her money because she says that she wants to see some other paperwork. We have no idea what she wants. Shouldn't she just disperse the funds like the judge ordered? And if she refuses what do we do then?

Re: wills

You can petition the court to order the personal representative to distribute the funds and punish the PR for failing to follow the court's original order to distribute the proceeds to Grandma.
