Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arkansas

I have a judgment against me in the amount of $3,625.04 I am instructed to make the payments to the plaintiff's, they were told my the judge to not contact me for 11 days, then they could ask me for the money. The moment we walked out of court they became rude, loud and demanding. They called and sent rude, demanding text. The plaintiff's are mother and son, the father was not involved in the court documents but he also called and made threats to steal my personal property until I paid them the money, i informed him that would be theft. Within a week or so from that phone call, I returned home to find my work equipment such as generator and mobile home moving equipment was missing from the bed of my truck. They have continually harrassed me about the money and made threats, I currently have the first payment ready and they are aware of this but continue to threathen me. The reason they have not got it from me is because their is two plaintiff's and I want both present at the time I hand over the Cashiers check. I am well aware that I do owe them the judgment but do not feel as though this type of harrassment is right. It is obvious they have no problem following through with the threats and I have a pregnant wife and child at home that I have to look after and protect. What are my rights when being constantly harrassed and threathened by the plaintiff's? Do i have to deal with this behavior just because I owe them money. I live in Arkansas

No. It's not right. Sue them for harrassment and settle for the same amount you owe them.
