My mother and dad sold 32 acres two chicken a hoses 3/bedroom /two John Deere tractors and equipment for $50,000. in 2005 when my daddy was dying. Then my sister in law stole the 50,000.00 CD and stole my mothers identty for 87,500. in credit cards. My mother got a grant for $44000.00 and she gave them $10000 . They said they were paying the taxes. My mther is incompetent and when it comes to my sister=in-law and brother she does not think. How do I declare her incompetent
