Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

My ex-husband had me served with papers today stating that he had filed an emergency motion for change of custody. This comes on the heels of MAJOR behavior problems with the child in question and because of attempted harm to her younger sister, she was admitted to a behavioral hospital. This appears to be the reason for his motion. In it, he states that my current husband raises his voice at my daughter, which I am saddened to admit that this is true, but my daughter has confessed several times that her sole intention when this happens is to make him lose his temper, which eventually happens. He has used this to establish a so called "unstable" environment. I just don't know what this means. Everything I am reading about this motion is inconsistent with his allegations because she is in no immediate danger, nor has she ever been.
