Getting a copy of the will.
What steps do I take to get a copy of my Mothers will, as she is still alive and don't want to ask her. My Sister has a copy but we don't talk so I don't know how she got one.

Wills are not public information until they are filed in the courts. As long as your mom is alive, she does not have to provide anyone a copy of her will, if she chooses not to.
She may have given your sister a copy. It sounds like the only way to see it now is to ask your sister or mother.
