how to transfer deceased real estate property
My father passed away and left his home and land to myself and my sisters. He has now been deceased two years. What papers do we need to file to transfer the property out of my fathers name and into myself and my sisters name?

Was there a will? If so, it needs to be probated with the court. As part of the probate, there will be a deed transferring ownership of the property.
