Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

inheritance question

My grandfather died without a will. My grandmother is telling all the kids that all the estate, according to arkansas law, is hers alone. My grandfather had made it clear that he wanted his estate divided among his wife and kids. What is arkansas law referring to inheritance without a will.
