Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Australia

Hi,

Me and my wife have just moved to an apartment in sydney. This partment was rent by many other tenants before and of course, we did not know them. We are receiving some letters addressed to another tenant and as there were so many of them, we opened one of them and saw that that tenant was being some some "infringement notices" from road authorities.

Now, today, we still received letters, but this time, from the magistrate courts in victoria. Ths problem is that none of those letters have a name to which they are addressed so we opened 2 out of 3.

My questions is...what do do with those letters? should we send them back and mark on the envelope something? or should we contact an attorney or just write a letter which will be enclosed with them in one envolpe?

Thanks for any halep,

regards,

Andrew

Write "No longer at this address. Address unknown." and put the documents in a post box.
