I was recently caught stealing some shoes from jcpennys , didnt do it intentionaly just didnt have all the money. So like an idiot i walked out , loss prevention ran up from behind grabed my arm and twisted without me even resisting. Two lame assesput hand cuffs on me ,slamed me up against the wall in front of the whole mall. One of the lames was talking shit to me telling me to "shut the fuck up""your not strong fucker".I did not keep quiet i aint no punk ,made him feel stupid. This guy waited untill we got out of view from the cameras, soon as we get behind the door he yells "hes reaching for something".With my hands in cuffs behind my back he shoves me down the other loss prevention starts choking me for agood ten seconds!ive never been so scared in my life i could not yell out cant breath !While the otherpiece of crap hammer punches me in my left eye.Like three other security officers jump on me and caused me hit my head against the wall.Like i wasnt embaresed enough the puled my pants down had me like that until an riverside police officer shows up being put down and called a lier by some loss prevention whore. Imean even the cop asked "why are your pants down"? Look i know i shouldnt have been stealing ill admit i was in the wrong for that but theres no reason why they had to beat me up the way they did.Look up my record i dont have any violence on my record. The treatment from the loss prevention individuals is a very different issue from any charges you are facing. You should contact an attorney and set up a free consultation to discuss both of the issues. I understand you are seeking help but please understand that attorneys are not permitted to contact you until you make a call, email, etc to them. Find someone local who offers free consults and make sure you tell the attorney you meet with about everything that happened.

yes I agree, i.e., I advise to see some attorneys many of them give free consultations in person or on the phone. Talk to some that are local to where the case will be heard.

Any action against the loss prevention people is a civil issue, talk to a civil litigation attorney about that, a criminal defense one about the criminal case. Good luck!
