Legal Question in Disability Law in California

hi...

I am a caregiver for my 17 year old physically disabled daughter. Instead of hiring out to some stranger I have been it. She is now getting to heavy to lift, bathe and I am now having severe pains in my wrists, back and legs, I am concerned that I will not be able to do this much longer. Can I receive disability through my employer? Please help!
