Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I was caught with less than an ounce in june, possession, then Gov. Arnold signed that new law. Can I go back to court now and waive my NA classes, and just pay the new $100 fine (I have until end of january to go to all the classes, so I can wait until the law goes into affect)?

How on earth was it that you would up in NA? You didn't plead guilty, did you? I would file a motion to withdraw your plea.
