Legal Question in Disability Law in California
My daughter recently turned 18, and has wrecked havoc on my household for many years. My wife found drugs that my daughter had left in the home so I called PD, whom informed us we must evict her ourselves. We spent much of a day searching from the court house,police,library,office despot,Staples etc but could not find the exact paper work nessisary to evict a sibbling. This is not out of hostility but protection of our home and our selves, the daughter has been 5150 on 4 occassions.I would appreciate any help in this matter.

Evicting a tenant is the same regardless of the relationship to the owner. Simply give the requisite notice and then unlawful detainer afterwards.
