Legal Question in Disability Law in California

discriminated by a Native American company

I was discriminated against by a company founded by Native Americans. The EEO won't touch it because they say the company is protected by different laws. How can I resume by law suit against them?

Re: discriminated by a Native American company

"A company"? Meaning a casino on Indian land not part of the US? That would explain the EEOC position. Tough luck. Any company operating off reservation is regulated by the discrimination laws, whether run by Indians or Martians. If that is the case, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts you allege.
