Of course not. It is illegal discrimination. However, as a practical matter, most diabetics avoid disclosing their condition to their workplace to the extent possible.

Most likely no. Unless the employer can make a really good case for why it interferes with the job -- and no accommodation can be made. (No need to keep the fact -- need for insulin -- hidden.)

Not for that alone. A medical disability like diabetes, and its treatment, must be reasonably accommodated by employers. Unless your medical condition condition makes you unsafe in your job, this doesn't sound like a 'legal' firing.
