Legal Question in Disability Law in California

i am serving and individual at a store..costco

do i serve the agent for service or the individual themselves. I am not suing the store itself just the individual that works for costco

If you are suing the individual, you must have the individual served, not the employer. But you can't do it yourself, you have to have someone else or a process server do it.
