Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I am a tenant at a recent foreclosed condo unit. The new owner is asking for rent and I am withholding rent due to inhabitable condition of the unit. I got my three day notice to pay or quit, what do I do?

Pay or leave. If you don't do one or the other, you'll get evicted and your goods set on the sidewalk by the Sheriff. You can fight the eviction lawsuit with a 'habitability' claim, but don't hold your breath about winning that, it takes proof of substantial non-compliance.
