Termination after on-job injury?
Yes, I was hurt on the job. The insurance company spent alot of time letting me wait for medical care, which in my case my work told me that I was terminated because of being gone longer than the one year alotted time.I underwent two spine surgeries in that time frame and am still trying to heal. Is that fair?
