Legal Question in Disability Law in California

my wife has sent me an default notice from the court and I am pondering what to do, so I need advice on what to do next. she's alrealdy filed in family court, stating that I work and I don't.. I'm presently on disability and she has overstated how much I make.

Since you don't know what to do, you should hire an attorney that does. He will need to try to set aside the default by stipulation or Motion. He will need to represent you in pleadings and motions and trial regarding the support orders and property division. If you can't afford private counsel, contact your local Lawyer Referral Service, or the Legal Aid office, or other charitable non-profit legal help service available to see if they can represent you or help you.
